Thanks for the genuine and accurate parts. The reason for one star less is the time taken to deliver the same and multiple follow ups we had to undertake. And the demand for personal documents of course. My feedback is that a timely delivery system as promised should be adhered to and the process should be streamlined. Rest the final result was satisfactory but we had to actually explain a lot to the car owners regarding the delay in delivery. Hence our credibility becomes doubtful. Moreover you must have special rates for b2b.
