Payback Totally Sucks.. Not worthy of even a single star.. The claim to have tie ups with leading retailers but points never get automatically credited. Moreover, on reaching out to customer care, they keep on delaying the issue stating silly excuses. Extremely Pathetic Company and even more pathetic program that they are running.
