I ordered bricks from the office in Gurgaon. The owner was very nice on the phone and gave me samples of how the bricks would look like. The bricks arrived from Chandigarh and I was very dissapointed. 1. Less bricks than I payed for arrived. 2. Some of the bricks that arrived was damaged and could not be used (see pictured of some of them below). In the end I could only use 85 % of the bricks I bought, partly because they did not show up and partly because the bricks that did show up had to be rejected. When my husband called the owner (Gurgaon office) to complain, the owner shouted at my husband badly. This was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend Pioneer Bricks to anyone EVER.
