Extremely terrible customer service , I went to this the collection point to give my camera for servicing & when I asked if the customer information & phone number given will be kept confidential & solely for the purpose of servicing & thereafter not misused or sold to 3rd parties , the storekeeper refused to guarantee that & said he cannot assure where & how the phone number can be used & also added that I should go directly to service Center & give my camera there & meanwhile He made me wait , went out of the store ,started looking into something else , not concerned that a customer is standing there & waiting. When I asked him does that mean the customer information is given out , he refused to comment - which clearly indicates all details are being misused & customer service is not a concept that exist at this collection point as he clearly said go directly to the service Center !!
