Pathetic experience with unprofessional staff. There were only 4-5 customers in the service queue but still I have to wait for 1.5 hours for my turn. There token system was in working state but they were not using it. They asked us to wait as you are in queue but there entire staff was on lunch break. I recommend you not to visit this service center its complete waste of time and money. MI is selling cheap phones and service is also cheap. Please stay away from MI phones.

This service centre remains close on Sundays. And working timings are 10 am to 7pm on Monday to Saturday. It should be opened on Sunday and closed on Mondays instead.
