Sanjeev ChopraI approached Su- kam call center with a complaint, after 24 hours on 01 Jul 2017 when i checked back the staff was very raw, untrained and unhelpful when there senior execuitive was arraogant and clueless. Call center is the only connect with the end consumers it reflects upon the core values of an organisation, I wish you can invest some time in it and improve the customer experience.
