Good, clean gym with a variety of exercises, Vast cardio machine selection; small weight room with older equipment, but it has all of the basic necessities for weight lifting (squat rack, cable machines, decent range of dumbbells, etc). The trainers & staff here are beyond friendly and helpful.

Not too expensive, free personal trainings. Very satisfied, nice environment and had a great time working out here.....
