Well, no doubt the appartments are beautiful and spacious with very good quality of construction, but no amneties like gym, swimming pool, etc. That is why most people will give it a 4 out of 5. In addition, small society has its negative side as well which weighs more than the positive side.....for retired people, it is a relatively good place to live in.

The apartments are spacious and quality of contruction is great! As far as amenities go, there isnt a gym or a pool that residents can use. There is a small green patch with kids play area which is functional and provides some space for leisurely walking or hanging about for society residents. This is a gated community with guards and also has a parking lot. Residents seem to know each other well due to the relatively small size of the aprtment complex. The only issue is proximity to grocery stores and absence of a huda market nearby, although there are a few small malls off sohna road that lessen the inconvenience to a small extent.
