Souvik GhoshThe Branch moved out ... instead of moving closer the company is moving away from customers and also not enhancing online services for customer convenience. The company is reducing branches however for simple change in payment mode customers have to visit branch.. when their processes are branch dependent , why are they reducing branches and if they are doing so , then why are they not enhancing their online service portfolio? This is a clear indication that the HDFC is not customer focussed , a clear area for them to improve
