Meghana SinhaThe car loan process with HDFC bank has been pretty good for me. They collected my documents on time and the whole process was as promised. The rate of interest was around 9.15% and the processing charges was also nominal. The overall process is satisfactory.

sudev gopidasThe initial process was good for the personal loan at Citibank as the process was on time. I got the loan within three days. But the after loan has not been very much satisfactory as they took a month to give me the welcome letter. They also did not activate the ECS facility and the first EMI got bounced and I had to pay the EMI manually which was not convenient for me. The rate of interest is high, it was of 14.25%. It is recommendable as I am an existing customer of the bank and I have not seen hassles except for this loan.

Amrita SinghThe first best thing about BankBazaar is that they are very quick to process my Car Loan. The second is you just have to make one call and the rest is taken care by them. The portal gives me a view on the loans which is less out there in the market. This is not my first time at this site. I always trust them and they have never let me down. I am also thankful to them as the processing fee was waived by the bank mainly because of BankBazaar.

I contacted them a multiple of times and they were helpful in contacting the bank for me. The website is good. It is very user friendly and easily understand.

Sharmila NairCitibank has been good in their services. They contacted me on time and processed the personal loan. The rate of interest was a bit high. It was around 17%. The processing charges was normal. Overall a good experience and satisfactory too.

Satpal SinghICICI is the best in various aspects because of the below mentioned reasons. I was able to negotiate and reduce the interest rate for the foreclosure,. Initially they have offered me the loan for a tenure of 4 years later but I was in need of 5 years they were kind enough to revert it to 5 years which I liked the most. The expert from ICICI was calling me to find whether everything is in the right direction which I am happy about. ICICI has acknowledged my request and ready to action as per my request which other banks has refused to do.
