Nirdesh MaanWorst car rental company in India, they will screw you at the last moment. Dont get greedy for any discount or scheme, they will take advance payment and then send some random car in the end, when you are desperate and already paid. If you are paying for a trip and nice hotels, why take risk here, which is starting point of your journey. Happy travelling!!

Leonid KostitsynAbsoluetley horrible experience. I booked a car online, arrived in the airport to discover they have no office there. I gave them a call and the guy said they would be there in 5 min to pick me up. He did not tell me when and where we can meet. I called them back in 80 min as nobody showed up. They asked if I have an international drivers license and said that car is on the was. 20 min after they said the same and I just left the airport. Can you imagine waiting 2+hrs in the airport. Terrible

Manju NambiarFraud service in India. We booked and got a confirmation of our car, before coming to India at AVIS. BUT after reaching Bangalore India the car was not at airport and we had to call the AVIS call center to find about our car, no information was provided to us. After keeping us on hold for 30mins plus they cooked up a story that the car met with accident etc.. Its really pathetic.. no credible information was provided about the accident, car, contact details of the driver etc.. No mail no call from AVIS INDIA was sent to us for not showing up at airport or no attempt was made for any replacement car. AVIS India is operated via call centre without any proper office where we can make a complain. Regards Manoj Nambiar Switzerland
