ISHANT MANIKLast month on 23rd June 2017 my wife gave birth to baby boy. Inspite of complications, Dr Preety Agarwal intelligently did her Normal delivery. Staff was very cooperative, overall experience was amazing. Will definitely recommend cloud nine for maternity.

Gaurav MandhyanI would zero rate this place purely because of the unprofessionalism they displayed. 1. The reports were handed to us as printouts without any envelopes. 2. They would not let you show the reports to doctor without paying consultation fees. Which in itself is a sham because they would be the only hospital which gave the blood test report after 2 days. That takes away the three day free consultation period. They made me sit for 1 hour as I insisted that it was my right to meet the doctor and be sure. 3. I got the name of my wife changed 3 times, and they still spell it wrong.

ROSHANI MISHRAI am an expecting mother and during course of my selecting a hospital for delivery I had to visit all major hospitals in Gurgaon. At Cloudnine I was conducted by Priyanka and the way she explained me about the facilities and care at Cloudnine, I was thoroughly impressed and decided to stay with Cloudnine for my delivery, I think Priyanka has been instrumental in my making this choice. She is truly the face of Cloudnine. My delivery is in June and I really hope everything will be smooth..

Abhishek JohriThe hospital believes in show-off, no heed is given to the basic issues. The patient was in severe labour pain but they were giving pain inducers. On asking why it is required when she is already in labour the Doctor on duty given false information that it is for child lungs , and there will be 4-5 doses in total. Though for lungs we have only one dose which was already given to my wife. The nursing staff is untrained and very poor service from the supporting staff.

Nishant JainThere appointment system is very bad , despite being on time , twice , I was made to wait for more then an hour on both the occasions, the root cause is that they give appointment every 10 mins ,, now if there is a delay in one of the previous fixtures , the flows over to the other patients , they need to block slots in at least 20 mins , international protocol is 30 mins usually But the money making urge sometimes overtakes the public good

Parul BhatnagarOne of the best hospital for mother n child.. Great efficient and supportive staff.. Ambience also grat. As this is specifically for maternity so you will find majorly happy faces :) This is the place where you will get your bundle of joy... I got mine on 21st January 2017.
