I was visited the Louis Philippe outlet , Kottayam ( Thannickalpady) on last Sunday(21/2/2016).I repeatedly tried to ask LP representative about the products that were of interest to me,but he refused to deal with my questions.The representative must have been having a bad day or something because,he was rude and very pushy, not to mention, seemingly ignorant of store policy. He certainly could use some customer service training, as well as the guy that called himself assisting. I am most annoyed that I wasted a day by taking with a jerk. My impression about LP has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how customers are being treated by your firm.I trust this is not the way That Awful Brand wishes to conduct business with valued customers
