Poor service. I went to service my damaged iPad and they said as per Apple service policy the same cannot be repaired and asked me to pay Rs 23110/- for a replacement. After one week it was informed that my iPad cannot be replaced and the amount paid will be refunded. However they have refunded Rs 22600/- only after deducting service charges of Rs 1600/- without giving any service. Real cheats company says it is their policy to charge customers even if no service is done. Later I got the iPad replaced from apple service centre at Cyber Hub for Rs 23000/- within 2 days. Will never go to B2X Gurgaon. Be warned of with their service charges without any SERVICE.
