I am existing housing loan customer. First time I have seen very poor services in private bank I.e. IIFL. I will request to IIHFL home loan management team to improve the customer service otherwise it will huge impact on your bank. Can you believe, my home loan ROI is 9.65 while current ROI is 8.35% and I have not recieved any notification or any communication from your bank. Even I have raised the request to change the email address but still it is not updated. Thanks
