The staff at DLF Phase 2 post office brings Indian Postal system to shame with being most uncourteous and disrespectful. The single woman manned PO has been devoid of proper systems and transaction support for many months and the 1 person staff is ignorant of the processes. She refuses to conduct her work with excuses and feigning ignorance for even simplest of work.
