Continuously trying to call but not able to contact. We bought 2 mobiles with option of 10% cash back and 0% interest EMI. After 1st EMI we were surprise to see interest charged to our account. After contacting the center, the concern executive assures us that 10% cash back and interest will be refunded in your account after third EMI. 4 EMI already completed but have only received 10% cash back and interest is still chargeable. If interest is chargeable than they would have clearly stated it to the customer. It is only an act of cheating the customer.
