Such a bad experience with this company. HR are the face of the company on the basis of which any person can judge the reputation of any company. But if the HR herself judge the candidate on the basis of his or her looks instead of the experience he or she carries thats such a shame. That HR does not deserve to be in that position because she dos not have judgement capability as well as creating a bad reputation for the company. I am taking about one of the HR whose name is Damini . She is a shame to this company. I would definetly tell about this company and about her to everyone and request people to never approach this comapny. Its the way she spoke to the candidate hurts the most. She insults the candidates with huge experience of 7-8 years because she does not personally like the cancidate. Such a Shame.Please someone give her a training to be an HR. How can a company hire such a candidate to be an HR who have a habit of taking out gurdges instead of thinking about the company? I wonder!
