Even service center engineer is saying that they are not providing a service from last three year and Olive still showing same service center name with wrong address. Due to this reason customer will never found service center location. Even Olive Telecom employee Mr. Gaggan deep also not able to resolve this issue. I tried to contact senior person but service center person also not providing a any details. Olive Telecom only know how to sell the product. After selling the product Olive Telecom will forget the customer only. I will suggest before buying please try with different alternative company only. Do not go with Olive Telecom other wise at the time of repairing or servicing you will also face so many challenges as per me. Regards Narendra Bhati
