Clean Railway Station and people travelling towards Bathinda and Delhi enjoys the free drinking water service provided by locals. I myself have done daily up-down for 6 years between Jind and Delhi. People in the trains always eagerly waiting for this station to come because they love the free of cost hospitality provided by the aplauadable people of jind. Nobody contiues his/her journey thirsty on passing through Jind, I bet. Also, Jind Junction is the largest yard between Shakur Basti and Bathinda. So plenty of space. Platform no. 1 is so much big that you can queue 3 trains on it back to back with 18 coaches each.
