Shruti is not a customer friendly person at all. She tries to extort money from people and I literally left that place feeling robbed. Her service is supposed to make the person feel good about the cloth and the entire experience but I hated every interaction with her, right from the beginning when there was no response from her team when I even requested for a photo to be sent. Much work can be done on customer satisfaction here.
