Bad working experience in the company. You never know which day is gonna be you last day in the office. Always be prepare for the next.. Reply for the owner i always respect the company. It was my experience which i got there. Reason for the first notice period was told to me was 'Company dont have much of the work". Company knows my performance. If i was doing nothing there, company had never asked me to stay in there.
