The Travel Agent is very slow,they will follow up till deal is closed and once they take money once and will never call you back or give you any update. Its the Customer only who keeps on calling for any update like Itinerary change/Visa form/Service voucher. I got my vouchers just few hours before departure that too when scolded people for bad services. I would not recommend to anyone! Beware.
