I ended up buying lot of stuffs from BIPONI starting from Grass-mat runners & folders, bags, jewelry (terracotta & dokra), Dokra artefacts and colorful stoles for all my friends and relatives. The beautiful artefacts speaks a lot about the artists/ artisans and their creativity. It was interesting to know how it is managed and run by the tribal and indigeneous women under Self-help Groups from rural areas who make and sell the artefacts through BIPONI. I love the place for its warm ambience and whenever I am in Jamshedpur, a visit to this shop is a must!!!
