K RamchandranI had developed problem in central locking system and went to fair deal Hyundai workshop at afityapur Kangra road. Before reaching I enquired from mr Madan, service advisor about the problem. He was very courteous. However, when I reached the workshop, he set it right in no time. Then I had asked him to test tide and find out other issues. He came the brake is hard and advised it may take some time to set it right as they have large number of servicing to do. I said I am prepared to wait for sometime. He then asked mr Rohit kumar, service representative to fix the problem. Mr Rohit was very courteous and started attending to it. It was lunch time by then. However, once lunch was over, he immediately attended and fixed the issue. My car is ten years old and when I open it , we saw the car getting rusted. I asked for immediate washing of the car and applying paint. Mr. Kumar, mr. Rohit, Mrs Sujata, were very cooperative. I do not find any problem in getting the service.
