The experience was not what one would expect from a government office. Unlike the common perception, I was amazed to see the smooth and well planned processes. It took just 30 mins to complete all the formalities and leave. However,there are some staff who will talk rudely to you if you are not equipped with all the required documents. The office has been awarded the best passport office in India and it rightly deserved so.

Horrible staffs never pick up the phone ...when go to ask a doubt they treat us like dog .but let them know you all are public servants and we pay money days y u guys get salary. Cheap indian government staffs .this is the reason nobody likes indian India in another countries.
