Customer support is not good but better than BSNL . hoping in future some good internet service providers will come and will give good service :(. .... Changing my ratting from 2 to 1 star ..... Better go for airtel because very poor service post buying plan

Have never seen such a pathetic response (actually no response for the past three days) Customer support will not pick up the phone and you directly call the owner and all you get is false promises. I saw some posts where they say this is better than BSNL. based on my experience they do a far better job. You can submit a ticket, a technician actually calls you and you atleast know when the issue is going to be resolved. I would suggest anybody taking a NetFi connection to think twice about the money that they are investing and according to me it has gone into the drain. Worst ever.

Unreliable, furstrating experience as you can not contact someone to complain about the connectivity issue. Once payment is done you are at your own.

Pretty decent network in my apartment, sometimes network is down for 15-20 min once in a week which is not a big issue , customer service response also good (contacted 4-5 times till now, and they give quick resolution ). I am using 4mbps plan paying 1034 rs (incl tax)for 80 gb which is at extremely reasonable plan. So overall Good experience till now. Keep it up RGV Team.
