I used their service a few times. They tend to be inefficient and sometimes a bit rude to customers. The software they use to upload the returns stores your IT password. It can be on their computers for years and they can access your IT account, potentially. I guess this is a problem with all other places. This is a great security risk for your IT e-filing account.
