The gym is well equipped. The trainers are very good and helpful. They pay attention to the customers. Also, the timings are very flexible. Read a lot of reviews about treadmills not being in use. Treadmills may be prone to accidents and moreover when the trainers actually make you do good floor and other forms of cardio that you wont miss the machines.

All services are automated allowing for easy access at any time. Friendly environment being a gym suited to any ability. Amazing price for the range of machines! The instructor was extremely welcoming and we were able to do all our routines while on holiday for a reasonable cost.
