    I shifted to Prakruthi last month. Flats are quite spacious, each flat having 3 bedrooms , 4 balconies including one utility are along with 3 washroom and big kitchen. Its quite peaceful in here. Construction is not complete yet but after completion it would be quite good.

    As one of the resident owners in this Residential project, I dont even want to rate this residential society for the very reason that there exists no society as of now, but the POST button was not enabled if I dint select at least one star. There are some concrete structures at some places, but do not know if they can be considered as residential. In my opinion, Google must reduce the hit rate for this name "Prakruthi Solitaire" or their builders, because it is in the interest of general public. This residential project is UNDER CONSTRUCTION for over 5 years now, and even basic amenities are not yet completed. DEAR PEOPLE BEWARE, this property has a very good WEBSITE but very bad INSIGHT. For more details, I request you to visit the site yourself and meet a few residents over there who may give you a correct picture.

    Right now this is what best I can rate for Prakruthi Solitaire... May be once they finish the project with all the amenities that they have promised will give them better ratings. They are very slow and with this kind of progress probably within few years we will be celebrating a decade of incompetence by Nandini Group of Hotels

    The Worst Place. I stayed at Flat here The builders Nandhani are irresponsible people who never listen to tenants. I Had very bad and worst experience no peace of mind and no security .24 *7 Construction sound always ,I stayed only for 3 .5 Months....................................
