Prabhu Raja ViswanathanI am surprised to such see high ratings. If you are a person who looks at manufacture date/warranty, then this is not the place for you. Purchased inverter and battery from him. He discouraged registering online for warrranty. When i checked with the customer care, I found that battery was 1 year old and inverter was 6 months old. On contacting him, I was assured that he will replace it with recently manufactured one as soon as he gets another order! I know from that moment, he can not be trusted. Guess what, after repeated calls the new battery never came. the 2 stars are for installing inverter/batter despite the rain.
