Very annoying experience as the customer handling is pathetic. No one to attend to a customer properly have to call them multiple times as they are least bothered to sell the items.Reluctant to show the models and explain the details. Has dents and scratches on almost all the 4 cycles shortlisted. Attitude of pride and has either take it or leave it behaviour. Over priced comparatively. Asked them if they can get a clean piece without scratch which they could not. Hence walked off disappointed.
