Shashank AgarwalCome here for an experience never had before. Truly. Unique. They keep your bike as if it was theirs to keep. The best part here is the delivery management, or the absence of it. They claim that you will get a call once the bike is done and invoice have been printed. However, after repeated followups and actually showing up do you realize that you have to wait for the invoice to be printed, and because we are in stone age it takes 30 minutes. And you come to know, you have to pay more. The bike is conveniently stored on the second floor. So even after making the payments, the bike is delivered to you IF THEY HAVE TIME from gossip. When it takes two days for general service of the bike, you know you are in safest hands. Because they barely touch they bike.

Mohit PannalalFor me It was a good experience. I gave for problem which was related to RR unit. Engineer checked it and told me hold on. He will verify that it is under warranty or not. Next I came to check and bike was ready and he told me to wait to get bill. And it was in warranty so no charge all done without paying anything. Best part they fixed some of the small problems also. Overall a good experience.

Nutty naviOne of the worst showroom ever., Post sales service is the worse. I got FZ25 after making full payment settlement which was delivery on 30.06.2017 and its almost 20days now.. They still are not able to get the Basic RTO Formalities done till date. You would be so lucky if they even attend your call after sales.

Regulatory CenterOne of the third class service centers and support is zero. They will talk to you very nicely before delivering the product, once the bike is delivered to you, they dont care. Suresh reddy, - he is cheapest person over there in sales Team. He quote you some amount in the initials and then later will increase the price. Had to cancel my booking, because suresh reddy increased the price to 1500 rupees extra. Simple fund, dont buy from LAXMI Motors bannerghatta road.

Nikhita JI gave my vehicle for service and get the breaks fixed. When I went after getting a call saying the service is done only to find the vehicle was not yet polished. While riding back home I realised the brakes were in an even worse condition. When I complained was promised someone will come to fix it the very next day before 9.30. when I called them asking why no one had come yet, I was spoken to rudely and told there is no one who could fix it available.
