Very poor service provider. The quality of busses are very bad. Two times I have been forced to travel in busses which do not have working AC and it was a suffocating experience

I go on bus journeys frequently and I choose SRM most of the time. I just love their service. The fare is also less compared to other private operators.

Cancelled the arranged pickup at the last minute which is troublesome.. The executives whom I contacted was talking in a very rude manner..
