Worst service i have ever saw in my life time. This guys doesnt pick up the call and resolve your issue. Worst ever network and service provider in the world. One day after 20 calls they came for service and tried something and left the place without resolving the issue and without informing... These guys are such kind of a wonderful service experts.

It is not reliable connection. We cannot depend on this internet connection for any time bound activity. It can disconnect any time or they are not time bound to resolve the issues.

Worst Service. For a 30mbps plan, the maximum speed I ever received was 5mbps.

one of the worst network. it takes 4 hours to recharge your account. Speed is pathetic and you need to switch on of ur Internet to keep it working.. frequently gets disconnected. saddest part is that there no other internet provider for us.

Have been a customer since 2 years. Never got a good response when I called for service. Recharging and reactivitating is biggest headache. Speed never matches to what they offer, always low. I am moving out.

very worst service, internet will go down any time, to get the bill copy we need to visit their office, no responce if we call for connection issue, every day the connection used to drop off.
