k jitender KumarBECAREFUL..!! Dont trust these cheating company. They book the parcel saying it is door delivery and charge for the door delivery and will not delivery goods at door step. Also they charge extra than the bill amount saying you dont have proper documents. I have booked a parcel from Bangalore to coimbaitore and its now been 6 days and the parcel is not yet delivered. When i call them their is no single step solution. They keep on forwarding the calls. Customer care people talk in rude way if you doesnt know tamil. Worst parcel ever seen in India. The manager was fully drunk at the time of booking. BECAREFUL..!!
