I do not know how this doctor got these many good reviews. I had very bad experience. My son is 5 years old, and had fever. I have consulted this doctor. Doctor said it is viral fever and will go off in 4/5 days. He prescribed general fever (colpol 250mg) and other cough syrup. I went again after 3 days because fever not come down. And my son not taking any food, he was very weak.This time doctor told same thing that I need to wait for 5 days and told us with bit angry, careless as parents we need to feed kid some how. After 2 days ( this is 5th day of fever) went again. This time he was not available went for vacation for 3 days (during Ganesh festival). I was piste of with this. He did not inform us during our 2nd visit that he will not available after two days. I can see hundreds of kids visiting this doctor daily, if he is going vacation with out informing to parents that would be not acceptable. And the worst thing is, he is charging Rs300 as consultation, this consultation do not have validity. If we visit on the next day, we need to pay Rs 200 again. What is this? At the last I have consulted other doctor, the new doctor admitted my son in hospitol because he was very week and still high fever was there. New doctor also confirmed it is viral fever only then started anti biatic course (Taxim). After starting course the next day my son was feeling better. Here still I do not understand, why Vathsalya doctor not started antibiatic, if given even in my 2nd visit situation would be better. My sincere suggetion to parents that do not go this doctor.
