Unnikrishnan NairMOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOT IN MY LIFE. I called this guy for installing OS on my system. He checked it and installed the OS and also as suggested by him I have enhanced the RAM as he said it is absolutely necessary. He charged Rs. 1000 for both OS and RAM upgradation. After this, I was unable to save any data on the C drive and Drive and the system allowed saving data only on desktop. It was not even allowing to install Internet security software Kasperkey. When I have informed him he said the cd may be corrupt. I was shocked as it was a new pack that I have purchased !!!!!! When I called him to check it out he said I have to pay him again to open and fix it. Also, I have another Desktop Pc which he said the smps has a problem. He took my smps and kept with him for 3 weeks and not even called me. When I called he said you can replace smps with a second hand one and it will costs Rs 400. Meanwhile the system he repaired was giving all kinds of technical issues and it still continues. I have asked him to return the smps and he said to deliver and fix the smps I have to pay him again !!!!! Guys... my advice ... dont take his service. He is a fraud
