anu reddyBeing regular customer since 2years...the service was good initially..but day by day the service and especially staff there is becoming worse..never opt for any packages...especially hairspa...the 1st session will be good but later sessions will be just for name sake.very disappointing..beauty service facial waxing etc the treatment will be very hard and rough.

Jesna valsanFolks, this is the best saloon you could relax and pamper yourself. Staffs here are seriously experienced and they do take special care of the clients. I got my hair smoothening done here. I must say my hair looks fabulous since then. They use the best products in the market. And they explain the use of the right products to the customers prior the service. I am a regular visitor now. I get my monthly hair spa and facial too from Calypso and I am happy and content. I recommend this place to all.

Jaya SinhaHorrible - although took appointment 2 days prior, lady on the reception flatly refuse the same even without seeing the appointment diary. When I insisted, she tells me to wait for 2 hours on which I again refused. Finally someone is assigned to me who did a good job. Everything got completed except threading which apparently only the same lady at reception can do but she locked herself in a room and was not responding to any of her colleagues. After waiting for 40 minutes I decided to leave but card swiping machine was not working. With lot of persuasion finally she came out of the room. Completely unprofessional behaviour and strongly recommend anyone to avoid this parlor.
