3rd class service, they did not deliver on time in turn they only abuse customers without giving proper reasons and without coming to the delivery spot they themselves write endorsement stating that customer insisted to open the package. Hence the package is return. Irrespinsible people with 3rd class service. I rate them minus ( -)10 .

It is worst courier service. Even after providing them an alternative number, they do not use it. I had to pick my parcel personally from their office.

Very irresponsible staff..... Very late in delivering the items..... They never update the delivery status after delivering the items & because of this, we face problem in receiving the acknowledgement email for proof related issues.... Very careless and irresponsible... Unfit to serve people.
