The manager of this store needs to be taught the meaning of customer service ! Even bureaucrats in India are better behaved !! Remember that you are in the consumer business, where customer is king. You will lose loyal customers by your stiff upper lip attitude, Mr Manager !! Customers need to feel wanted and need to trust you. You make them feel cheated !! You need to go out of your way and make exceptions, to justify your position as Store Manager !!
