I would have given them -5 if there was an option. I will not comment on quality of cake as I did not buy from them. Their pathetic customer service, rude manners and absolutely no intent of engaging with customers made me dash to the exit door. They are bunch of young kids trying to manage the show. Hopeless, I would never ever go to that store.

Cakes here are delicious, moist and rich in taste. Chocolate cakes are extremely good!! Caramel and Butterscotch flavored cakes are good as well.
