Neha GovilaHad a terrible experience with Spiker windows. 1. The person who took the order from me, Sudhanshu, went on vacation 2 days after taking the order and has not returned even after a month. 2. The SS quality mesh i had specifically asked for was not delivered, instead, a fiber mes was installed, despite paying in full upfront. 3. i had asked for the glass of the windows installed to be replaced with toughened glass, which they were supposed to deliver, but suddenly started asking for additional transport charges before delivering the glass, this despite clarifying before the order was placed as it was part of a larger delivery. i have called them several times over the last one month and find it impossible to get thru to them. Would definitely not go with this company again.
