    First off, I strongly believe that most of the reviews here are fake and posted by their own people. Coming to the issue, they add in additional charges with the bill and will be more than happy to give you a small discount for not giving you a bill (in essence, you would not be knowing if they are charging you the right amount for the part replaced). Never do that mistake. Ask for a bill without fail. Secondly, the service is extremely incompetent. How can someone ask you for a service charge when the part he fixed today wears out the very next day? Lastly, if you wish to talk to someone who can turn you off with arrogance and rudeness, please call Zidon. Worst service. AVOID.

    The receptionist was not aware about the latest calculations of GST and was not able to explain to one of the customer. For me the owner and receptionist were polite enough and got the thing that I wanted from them. Only issue is for asking the pakka bill, please ask and get explanation how they calculate it.

    Followed Google directions, was easy to find the place. Got my trimmer replaced. All the way got all information via messages. Was a nice experience.
