While I bought multiple things here, I continue to see the lack of awareness when stock needs to be checked or models need to be understood. The other interesting practice is mentioning a model is obsolete / phased out when it still is being sold and particularly when the model is not in stock. The Siemens rep that installed my dryer (which I ultimately bought on that cliq and was fulfilled by Croma

Good offers are provided and have different financial options like Bajaj finance, capital finanace. Croma provides exclusive services for products they sell and gets a lot of gifts. Wide range of product, good and experienced staff. Overall a good experience.

The place is good. Prices are comparable to other stores. It is not a very big store. Parking is limited for bikes. There is place for car parking opposite to the store.
