Raghavವೇಂದ್ರ ಎಸ್ राव्Had a bad experience! First of all the store is ridiculously small. So they have a queue system to allow customers inside. I had to wait almost half an hour to enter the store. Secondly nothing is in stock here, just like their crappy website. There is no seperate section for accessories. Just pathetic. They have opened this store just for a bloody show off!

I was losing my hope after not getting my favorite phone in flash sale even after attempting for twice, and then I came to know about this outlet of Mi. I visited the shop without too much expectation for getting the phone which was (it still is as of this writing) in high demand, and to my surprise I got that there without standing in queue and any other issues. Keep it going Mi Store.

Jaidev DasThe store is small but the layout is good. It gets crowded some times in a day otherwise. It takes time for the payment process when there is a queue.

Kiran Mohan JaidasWorst store and worst experience! Firstly the queue at the store is worst than a beverages outlet. You have to be in queue for almost 2 hours to enter the store. The staff thinks that I am begging for an MI product. This is the same feeling that I got when I went to the MI service center! Now I will never buy any MI product!
