Had a bad experience! First of all the store is ridiculously small. So they have a queue system to allow customers inside. I had to wait almost half an hour to enter the store. Secondly nothing is in stock here, just like their crappy website. There is no seperate section for accessories. Just pathetic. They have opened this store just for a bloody show off!

Although many people have found this store to be small, I considered it as pretty decent being it a store for mobile phones. I was losing my hope after not getting my favorite phone in flash sale even after attempting for twice, and then I came to know about this outlet of Mi. I visited the shop without too much expectation for getting the phone which was (it still is as of this writing) in high demand, and to my surprise I got that there without standing in queue and any other issues. Keep it going Mi Store.

The store is small but the layout is good. It gets crowded some times in a day otherwise. It takes time for the payment process when there is a queue.

Thank you Xioami for this store! This is a blessing since great price & sheer demand makes it so difficult to get their product in flash sale. Few ppl complaining about store size,,,the question would be, are they ready to pay higher price for a larger store!!

Worst store and worst experience! Firstly the queue at the store is worst than a beverages outlet. You have to be in queue for almost 2 hours to enter the store. The staff thinks that I am begging for an MI product. This is the same feeling that I got when I went to the MI service center! Now I will never buy any MI product!

Ok the phones of MI is good but the Home store is actually the size o Mumbai home. Mi needs to have a bigger store. Waited for an hour to get into the store.waited another half to get the billing done.
