Shilpa OswalHad been to get a refrigerator and employee called irfan gav us all the details of fridge and said us u will b gttng lucky draw coupons n all free delivery and in case of any dents or scratches replace it immediately wid d delivery person n all.. n aftr makng discounts at d time of booking he is saying we wil nt giv u any gift coupons because we already gav u discounts n all..n spoke so rudely.. bad experience.. so thought of not takng frm them n take from other place

IyerSanthoshWe bought a product a month ago which stopped working within 3 weeks.We had called the customer service center as the product had warranty. She told that the engineer would call us in a couple of days, but we dint receive any call for a week. When we called again after a week of placing the complaint, she connected us to the concerned engineer who asked us to carry the heavy fan to the showroom (Gopalan Arch Mall, RR nagar), which is very difficult and inconvenient. Upon placing the complaint to the call center, they said they will revert back, but they never did. Highly disappointed with the post sale customer service.
