Nick SmithVery attentive well trained staff who cannot do enough to assist. If you can access the executive lounge, there are snacks / food options throughout the day in addition to cocktails / hot snacks in the evening. Again, the customer service is excellent. Rooms and beds are very comfortable with a pillow menu available. As expected, there are a range of food options and all are excellent. Breakfast stands out with the different cooking stations. If you are interested in the gym, you will be pleased to know that it is large, with good quality machines, nice views of the park opposite and open 24 hours. As a bonus, rooms overlooking the park have great views.

Manish KapoorHing stayed here for 2 days and gorged on the excellent fine dining experience and sumptuous breakfast buffet I definitely rate this place as one of the finest 5 star hotels in the country. Great customer service- any time of the day. Breakfast selection is good. Has good pubs and breweries nearby, along with upscale shopping.

Namratha KNThe buffet here is amazing. They have nearly 200-250 varieties ranging over all cuisines. The flavours are amazing when it comes to south Indian counter. The chat counter and the dessert counter is a must try. The Chinese and Italian counters are decent. The ambience is good.

Harsha ParthaGreat food. Great service. Good ambience. Just wished the party venue was somewhere farther away from the JW Kitchen. Buffet is worth the money and the live counters are an added bonus.
