    The ambience and cleanliness is top notch, but the wait times even with an appointment can be high. It is best to ask them when are they generally free and then make an appointment, especially if is at home during the week. The wait times are not entirely their fault with many customers changing their requirements after they come here. The services are decent and the staff are polite. The prices are high

    Lesser than mediocre for haircuts and overpriced. Booking an appointment is better when you go but they can make you wait for a good 30 minutes plus even with an appointment.

    Pathetic massage and spa experience in bodycraft, Whitefield. Experience of my Husband!! 1. No Hospitality 2. No one bothered about the poor feedback I gave and when I try to feed online feedback, different feedback(great feedback) is already fed which is unchangeable. 3. No steam was offered with the aroma massage which was in package. 4. poor ambience: no relaxation music was played, lot of background noise, towels were not provided sufficiently, room chappals were not given. I feel cheated for being member in bodycraft and investing 10k

    Yesterday I went to whitefield branch.. Very neat and clean place. The manger Soni is very helpful and knows her job well . She gives personal attention to her clients . She asked Pratima to do my facial & pedicure ..she was excellent. Even the marketing team is highly professional . I interacted with Shanthi few times and she was very helpful ...In short very good experience. Thanks
