I have done a permanent hair smoothing touch up from Reborn and after first wash (after 3days of smoothing process) hair was back to same state and not showing any effect of smoothing. I went back to Reborn after 10 days and they repeated the smoothing process, again after first wash hair was back to original state. I totally wasted my money and time. I doubt whether they are using branded products or not, prior to Reborn I have done from some other saloon and it was proper. Their hair treatment is waste .

Charge very much and not providing bill which is must. They will be taxable for so much charges so they are not providing it. Rather than good service.
